Braidwood is a charming little town in the NSW countryside, about an hour from Canberra and three hours from Sydney. It's full of heritage buildings, great coffee, and cozy places to stay.

The wedding will be at Mona Farm, an incredible estate with beautiful gardens, art, and lots of space to relax and celebrate. It’s the perfect spot for a weekend away, and we’re so excited to share it with you!

Mona Farm is a stunning private estate just outside the heart of Braidwood. It’s a mix of historic charm and modern design, with beautiful gardens, art installations, and even a few friendly farm animals (highland cows)!

There’s on-site accommodation, picturesque spots to explore, and plenty of space to celebrate.

Getting to Braidwood

There are a few ways to get to Braidwood depending on your situation.

For interstate and international guests, we recommend flying into Sydney or Canberra airports. From here, you can either hire a car or organise a bus if your group size allows. Braidwood is a 3-hour drive from Sydney, or a 1-hour drive from Canberra.

Mona Farm can offer a 5% hire car discount with Hertz. Please quote CDP number 2218719 if making a reservation to redeem the discount.

On the Wedding Day

For guests located off-site, transport via an exclusive transport provider will be arranged for the day of the wedding. There will also be onsite parking for guests that may drive.

Group bookings are preferred as this would mean you can book out entire cottages. We will reach out to you all the gather your preferences.
